Surprisingly tough and complete workout!,

First off, I consider myself a pretty experienced exerciser and dancer so I'm usually pretty skeptical about DVD's from informercials, but I found this one pretty cheap so I decided to give it a try. I have only done the "Sexy Abs" segment so far but within the first 5 minutes I could really feel my core working! There's not a single floor exercise and your up dancing the whole time so its alot of fun but you will feel the burn (if you are doing it correctly). However, the choreography is a bit fast so I wouldn't recommend this to someone who doesn't have much natural rhythm. Also, during this DVD, my heart rate was definitely up and I felt my legs and arms working as well. All in all i find this is be a very fun and effective workout!

I bought these dvd's to compliment my other Core R. dvd's and I'm glad I did. Their are 3 dvd's in this collection. Sorry I can't give you the exact minutes of each dvd, but I forgot to look for the exact times when I finished working out and I don't have time now. So I'm going to do the best I can to guess. The Lower Body Sculpt is about 20-25 minutes, and will definitely sculpt your lower body if you keep doing it long enough. One workout had my muscles sore all the way into the next day and it wasn't even that long. The Secret to Sexy Abs is about 20-30 minutes and when you do this tape you probably wont feel the soreness right away, but you'll definitely feel it the next day and perhaps the next day after that. I know I did; it felt like I did 50-100 crunches and oblique situps or something. The bonus Abs in a Hurry is about 5-7 minutes and it's on the same dvd as the Secret to Sexy Abs. It may be only 5 or so minutes but it definitely gives your abs the workout it needs to get fit and toned. The Latin Cardio Jam workout is about 20-40 minutes and it workes your whole entire body. Once you're done, you'll feel the workout throughout your whole body. As you can see I love these Core Rhythm dvd's and will continue to use them until I love how my body looks. Take a chance and if you don't like them you can always send them back, but if you do like them you might just be one step closer to your goal. I know I am.

This exercise program offers a great way to have fun and stay in shape. I really enjoy the energy of dancing to keep fit and have definitely seen results. Highly recommended for those that love to dance and are looking for something to keep them moving.
