Beyond Polite Japanese,

This book definitely goes beyond the polite language. Some of the translations play a bit fast and loose with what's actually there,(at least, it seemed to me, but then, my grammar skills aren't those of an expert, or I wouldn't need this book) but on the whole, it's a good book. And there is a lot of words covered. It's part of the Power Series, all of which are pretty good.
