I purchased this product primarily for the function of being able to freeze still photos from video clips. Everything else seemed to work with the program EXCEPT that particular function. I tried emailing the company several times to get assistance, and nobody would respond. They offer some kind of technical support, but you have to PAY FOR IT!! I have been really frustrated with this particular program not having technical support available. With the particular function I wanted to use, I'd go through the steps, and it just wouldn't work. Other simple photo funtions seem to work just fine. In my case, this was a waste of money, and you are definately ON YOUR OWN once you buy it.
