I purchased these trivets as a gift, and unfortunately I was disappointed in them. They're lightweight, and rather slippery, so they don't do well supporting heavy serving platters. The design however, is nice.

Trivet was smaller than I anticipated. I paid just as much for shipping as I did for the product. While the product is acceptable, it is doubtful I will order any more items from Amazon.
