These dishes are great.
I am going for another set.
It is one way to get a square meal every day. :-)
I have owned corelle for the past 40 plus years and won't buy anything else.
I have had a set for the last 20 years and not one has broken.
I just got tired of looking at the same plates and the "pretty in pink" are just beautiful.
I am 77 yrs. old but I think young.
BTW, Amazon is the best to deal with.

I've been searching high and low for dishwasher and microwave safe dishes that didn't look like they were my grandmothers. These are very lovely, modern dishes. The colors are muted shades but still vibrant and the square shape on the plate is very appealing. The fact that these are oven and freezer safe is a huge plus too! I've had several compliments on them already. Please, Corelle, more modern, trendy patterns like these!

I have to say that the color is fine with me, compared to other people who disliked the quality. My only disappointment is the way it was shipped. It was packed badly and I received it with one dish shattered. But other than that I really liked the product.

The other reviews are right, the color is not as bright as it looks online. I was skeptical of getting it because that was the main complaint on other websites too,so I ordered it early enough so that i could return it if it was that bad. i have to say that i absolutely loved it. the colors are not as rich but they are not faded.i guess i was expecting the worst. i think the set is really nice. you won't get as much space as on regular 10 inch dinner plates because the sides of the plates come up to form the square pattern. there is a set section in the middle of your plate for the food, same with the salad plates. the bowls are bigger than i thought more than enough for a bowl of cereal or side of salad. overall i liked it and so did my mother she wants another set.

I bought this item online. The colors are not as sharp and bright as shown in the television commercials and pictures.The bowls seem rather plain and they dont look like a part of the set. The only thing I like is the shape of the plates and mugs.

I just got three boxes on line. I like the pattern and the shape, but each box had different shades of the same color. Two of the boxes had broken pieces. I was sent replacements boxes after much irritation, and most of the replacements had patterns which where blurry! What a mess. I don't understand how Corelle can put out such an inconsistent pattern. Don't purchase these dishes unless you can see them all first.

This is my second set of these same dishes, I got rid of every dish in my house. Nice large plates and the set is just plain beautiful.
I have been using Corelle dishes for the last 15 yrs. But these are the most beautiful ones I have purchased.

They are feminine, practical, don't break because I am a clumsy and I have a 3yr old and not one has broken, chipped or smashed. I have had my set for 18 mths.

They feel really modern, the mugs are a bit everyday looking but my friends all love the set.

I bought 2 sets - so I have an 8 piece setting. i wish they had been this cheap when I bought mine.

I just love the set!! I am still learning how to put the square bowls into the dishwasher the best way to always be clean. I don't miss the weight of the stoneware I used to have. My wife is really greatful for the lighter plates too. The mugs are just the right size for a great cup of coffee or tea. I am so, so pleased!!!!

I love the pattern of the dishes. The plates are big. Corelle is pretty much unbeatable with their dishes. It's very hard to break them, unlike the set I bought at the dollar store. Shipping and service were excellent. No broken dishes and they arrived very quickly.
