I use this product based on it's properties to not raise blood pressure. Down here in South sinus based difficulties plague many. For years I used another product which actually caused more problems. With Coricidin, you get relief within about 30 min and it continues sometimes out as far as 6-8 hours. Very good product and I highly recommend it for that occasional sinus pressure issue that we all have from time to time. It can be safely taken with Tylenol for relief of headache pain too.
It's my choice of OTC medications and being a transplant patient I take some medications.

This is a great product for it's price & works. I hate the taste of cough syrup & taking a pill is much easier. Plus if you have high blood pressure. You don't need to worry about anything.

Suffering from high blood pressure I have to be extremely careful when choosing over the counter medication. This product greatly helps with the symptoms of cold and flu and does not cause problems with my blood pressure.

The anti-histamine works OK, but I'm still coughing my head off. It worked for maybe an hour or two and then I couldn't take another one for four more hours. Disappointing.

THIS IS A VERY EFFECTIVE COLD AND FLU MEDICATION FOR TREATING THE SYMPTOMS. IT DOES NOT MAKE YOU DROWSY AND IS ESPECIALLY GREAT IF YOU SUFFER FROM HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND ITS USAGE.

I prefer the cough and cold over the flu and cold tablets. They work better for me. I really like the fact they don't raise my blood pressure. They don't make me feel drowsy or wired either.

This product is extremely useful for annoying coughs both from colds or allergies. I rarely get the flu, but when I got it a couple of months ago, this made me feel better. I recommend that you use it sometime before bedtime, as it tends to cause drowsiness.

Amazon will sell this medication to anyone including minors, teens use this to get a high, last night my 17 year old daughter attempted suicide by overdosing on this stuff and she had bought it more then one time from Amazon it turns out. Although her account has been closed it is of great concern that Amazon apparently sells this for profit without researching the dangers of selling to minors and is either ignorant of or does not care about our children, their trends for abusing medications as long as the check clears, shame on you Amazon.
