Generic ingredients Chlorpheniramine and acetaminophen (Tylenol) available separately for much much less. Sometimes Chlorpheniramine called Chlortabs but not hard to find at most sizable shops. Chlorpheniramine can still increase some people's heart rate so this labeling can be misleading for some with heart issues.
