I hate when record companies re-release albums with bonus songs or dvd. It is just a sneaky way to get more money. Quit trying to make us buy the album twice. Corinne Bailey Rae's music alone deserves 5 stars but to try to get her fans to re-buy the cd is just wrong. If I didn't already own the original, then this would be the way to go. What the record labels should do is save the bonus content for the next album or release it by itself at a lower cost.

Onto other business, She did a great cover of Björk's Venus As A Boy and Led Zepplin's "Since I've been loving you".

I heard Corinne Bailey Rae singing "Put your records on" while I was eating lunch in my truck at work last week. I waited to the end of the song hoping they would say who the singer was. When they said her name I wrote it down to see about looking up her music. That afternoon I bought her new (Dlx-2CDs) set. The sound is great and not since Carol King in the early 70's have I heard any women be able to sing with the talent put forth by this Lady.
While reading the footnotes I learned that she does all her own backup singing. The mix of the voices is the best I ever heard in my 53 years. I asked my oldest daughter who is into music as much as me if she ever heard of Corinne and she said no - after I lend her my CD I know she wil apperciate her "Great" sound also. I'm not a fan of most modern music as my roots are really in Western Swing, Classic Country, Bluegrass and Southern Gospel but when I hear someone who can fabricate her own music and sing at this level she surly needs to be recongnized by the music lovers of this world !!!

A really enjoyable collection of songs by a fresh and inspired singer who brings a breath of fresh air to the world of pop. Pay special attention to the unique selection of covers. This collection is so cool because there are such great originals and covers.

We purchased Corinne Bailey Rae, one week before we saw her in person. What a talented young lady. When I think of Corinne Bailey Rae, she defines CLASSEY. Her performance in person speaks volumes. We didn't have the best seats in the house, however, if she comes around again, we will be sure to see her. BUY THIS CD, you will really enjoy it. She is like a breath of fresh air to the music industry.

I absolutely love this CD! I cannot stop listening to it! My hour drive to and from work doesn't seem to bother me anymore. It's so mellow.

I got this because I loved Like A Star and was so glad to discover that the rest of this album was just as good. Her voice is so good-go for it get this album!

I love Corinne Bailey Rae's music. Heard CBR on BBC1 streaming radio and bought the full length CD. I gave that away to a new fan when I got this 2 disk set through the Amazon Marketplace for less than any eBay auction. Beautiful music from the UK, once again mostly overlooked by crappy US corporate radio. Thank gawd for BBC1 radio online streams.

This young lady has such a sweet sounding, easy listening voice - I love it. Her voice is so relaxing and peaceful - totally un-violent. She warms my heart. I will be keeping my ear open for more of her talent...

This is the CD set that a friend recommend a few years ago, and I was hooked. This set has the best of her work and is a fantastic addition to your collection.

I had recently bought this cd and when it came I had to play it. It was like opening a rare gift with refrence. I played that cd till it had put me to sleep. I had ask my bf to buy it but poor thing couldn't remember her name so i ordered it for myself. Let me say, I have been inlove with this young lady's voice since she burst on the scene in 2006. Great cd. Especially the second cd-"Another Rainy day" my fav. Can't wait till her another cd drops-"The Sea"
