Ah, but that's the rub. You can very easily open the bag and start eating it by the handful. It's not quite as good as the Cracker Jacks treats from which it might've been inspired, but it is excellent--tasting. As to nutrition, there are many cereals out there that claim to be, and no doubt are, much better. It is not particularly fiber-full, nor does it pack a lot of vitamins.
Again, if you eat this cereal in moderation, with milk, as part of a 'healthy breakfast', it's great. If you open the bag in front of the playoff games or the PC, it's even better, but your diet goes out the window. It's your call...
May check out local sales before reordering here, but as a cereal, it's yummy.
