The three bowls are nice, but on the heavy side due to the fact that they are stoneware. I failed to read that part and thought they would be lighter in weight. They are just as described and will be a nice little gift for my cousin who has a black and white kitchen.

I bought these for my son who is a chef. He actually used them on a TV spot he did for a local channel in Baltimore. You can always count on Corelle.
