All three bowls arrived safely with no broken pieces. I got them in just two days! And I had contacted Amazon before ordering and they said they would replace any pieces at no charge to me, if they arrived broken. So there was no risk of loss to me. And I got free shipping, since I also ordered the casserole set, which also arrived the same day. Why pay $11 or so shipping when you can get another item instead for about the same cost? I hope this helps.

I bought these bowls in hoping to use them as mixing bowls or serving dishes to match the entire rest of the set I have. I went to use them to serve vegetable(potatoes) in and when I put a metal spoon in and stirred it left scratches all in the bowl. The color completely came off and they would not replace them for me.I am very disappointed and now am using Pfaltzgraff, at least it does not scratch off the color when serving or mixing. Do not waste your money on these poor quality bowls.

This set coordinates with the Cafe Blue. It comes with free shipping so was great for a shower gift for a bride with this pattern. The bowls are heavy and sturdy and nice size for baking needs or for serving bowls for the table.

The items arrived, just as pictured. They loose one star because they are very very heavy. I like corelle because it is usually light weight and durable, and these bowls weigh a ton. They loose another star because it took almost a week to actually ship the items. When I contacted amazon about the time it took for the item to leave their warehouse, they assured me that the item had been shipped on Feb. 4, the day after I ordered it. Since that was a Sunday, and I did not receive an item has shipped email for almost a week after that, I think they just make up stuff to placate customers.

Do not recommend this item. Paid 11.00 for shipping and handling. Paid 15.99 for three bowls. Very disappointed as there was no visible damage to the carton, and items seemed to be well packaged. This sours me on Amazon.com
