Not at all happy with the packing of this casserole set. First two shipments had chipped lid handles. Third set was so tightly packed that it fell out on floor and shattered largest bowl. This set has since been discontinued by Amazon and we received a refund. Corelle needs to learn how to pack this so that the lid handles will not chip.

The Corelle set was delivered broken. Amazon gave me no hassles about returning it. I was mailed a new set before I had to return the broken set. The new set came in a few days; I examined it, found it to be perfect and then just printed out a return label, took the damaged article to the post office and never had to think about it again! Amazon's customer service is, in a word, exceptional!!

These casserole bowls are great! I've used them plenty of times & they're wonderful to bake with.

I ordered this casserole set from Target.com even after seeing the two negative reviews posted here. My mistake. The Corelle box itself was nicely packed, but it was inside a much larger box with totally inadequate packing around it. The Corelle box was able to move freely inside the larger box and the larger of the two casserole dishes was broken into about eight pieces. I returned it to my local Target store, where I got another surprise. Customer service at my store refunded only the merchandise cost and when I questioned that, gave me a phone number to call to discuss the refund of the shipping cost and tax. I went home and called and was able to get a refund for shipping but was told I would have to speak to someone else to discuss the refund of the tax. When I was transferred to that person, she told me that I would have to return to the store to have the tax refunded since it could only be done there. These are nice casserole dishes and I hope to find them elsewhere because I certainly won't be ordering them or anything else from Target.com.

I was just going to return it and ask for another set to be sent to me, but when my husband saw it arrive at our house in so many pieces because it was packaged so poorly...he said to just ask for a refund. Too bad, I really could have used it too.

It keeps my side dishes (rice, noodles, potatoes, etc.)hot at the temperatures I want without me having to use a warmer.

Product arrived broken .Returned for a refund. I did not re-order.It was not packed very well at all.

I have the square Ultra Corelle dishes and when I saw the Iris pattern decided to use them as accents. Not long after getting the casserole bake and serve set I ordered the suger/creamer salt/pepper sets and again later another casserole set and the ramikins. Makes setting the table such a pleasure!

This order sat in backorder for months (not Amazon's fault) and when I finally received it, one of the lids was broken. Each of the next THREE sets they sent was packed the same way (top and all sides well packed, NO packing on the bottom) and arrived partially broken. Amazon customer service was great, as always, no argument and no request to return due to the danger of broken glass; but I was never able to get the message across about the packing. The last set arrived with NO packing (set #4) and every piece broken. They now say they won't send another and refunded my money. I ended up with 2 small casseroles with lids and one large casserole with no lid. I'd still prefer to have one of each with lids, but it won't turn me off to being an Amazon customer...nobody does a perfect job and they are still pretty good.

The first order came and it was broken. Sent it back and received a replacement and it was broken. Sent that one back also. At the time you applied a credit and cancelled the order. However I have yet to see that credit on my credit card. Wrote a letter ad complained. REceived a rely at which you gave me a credit with Amazon. But tried to buy something yesterday and was unable to find that credit. So all around not a happy customer. Would like someone to find out where my credit on my card is for starters.
