When I received the dish, I was disappointed for two reasons. It has an obvious imperfection on the side that appears to be a knob where the dish was formed. This is very unattractive. Secondly, the dish was advertised to be Cajun Red. But, the red is not vivid. It is a cinnamon red.

Cleans up in a snap and is beautiful to serve in. I've had it for over 2 years, and not a stain in sight. Highly recommend!
