baked chicken with potatoes and carrots in the oven and was totally pleased with the moist chicken. the clean up was amazingly easy. the "khaki" color is perfect... I've been looking for the "right" covered dish to make 1 chicken breast with 1 thigh and 1 leg... plenty of room for a few veges... really pleased with my purchase. IT's now April 2008 and I still love using this oven roaster. I have found that when I do get nasty baked on stuff I can clean it easily with EasyOff self cleaning oven cleaner.. looks brand new..

This is a great dish to have - can't say anything but nice things about it. It's just about the right size for regular cooking (though your Thanksgiving turkey might just not fit), it's made well and of a good quality material. Certainly well worth the money.

This dish was very nice, but the dish developed a very bad crack and has been disposed of.

This great casserole dish has High Style and High Performance to match. I have spent a lot of time collecting 60's and 70's vintage cookware, but some things were easier to find then others. Luckily, this great line from Corning fits right in to supplement my collection where needed AND it performs great as well! Who could ask for more!
