Great set, I actually purchased more than one set to use as oven-to-table servers. With a little non-stick cooking spray, they are good for just about anything.

I use these dishes for everything, from marinating meats, and veggies, to baking chicken and potates. If you spray a little non stick cooking spray, then NOTHING sticks. I love them.
