do NOT buy this item to use in the microwave!!! the lid rim splintered and left shards ranging from 1/4 inch to two inches of length in the food (I have not even had it a month yet); I was replacing old lids which lasted MUCH longer -- the original product carton specifies a 2 year warranty on the lids

I ordered both the 1.5 and the 2.5 round covers.

How can you rate a glass cover? They fit, they work, and after many times of use in a microwave and regular oven, they're just fine.

I have not experience any problems (which some have reported) in either the 1.5 or 2.5 glass covers.

This replacement worked perfectly and should enable me to get several more years of use out of my CorningWare. I fully recommend it.

exactly what it says it is, came as planned. My corelle french white is 25 years old and still going strong, but the lids do break and fatigue after a while so I was glad to find a replacement. Would like to be able to buy more sizes of lids and the plastic covers as well, especially for the smaller pieces.

I ordered this cover to replace the one that broke. It's just like the original and exactly what I expected.

I recently cleaned my kitchen and donated all the extra stuff. When I was organizing, I realized that I had two pieces of round French White CorningWare but only one lid. This was disappointing - I love French White. Luckily, Amazon saved my day and sent exactly the item I was looking for, and fast with the Prime service. The lid fits beautifully!

Broke my lid years ago and never took the time to look for one. Knowing how Amazon has almost everything I looked here and found exactly what I was looking for. It is just like the old lid.

Have enjoying using my cover to my corning ware. It was just the size I needed.
