Your typical Ramekins. They come well packed. They are white. They are a good size to fill with clarified butter and dunking crab legs into. Also good for a smallish souffle, I suppose. I have never made a souffle. The I Love Lucy episode where the massive pile of dough comes out of the oven was based on a true incident that happened while Lucille Ball was making a souffle. Desi Arnaz Jr., who was 3 at the time, almost suffocated as he was engulfed by the huge puffball of souffle. If Lucy had these rammekins, perhaps she could have saitied her souffle-lust in a smaller dose, thus averting disaster. However, cautious as I am, I will refrain from making even the smallest souffle, as I have small children. Great rammekins, though.
