Most of us have become masters of multitasking--answering phones, checking e-mail, and reading simultaneously, and Corningware follows suit with dishes designed for the microwave, oven, tabletop, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Corningware's classic bakeware combines functionality with a simple "Just White" design to match everything. The set includes three square baking dishes (1, 1-1/2, and 2 quarts), ideal for pastas, casseroles, or meats. The smaller dishes feature interchangeable glass and plastic covers (depending on which is cooking and which is being refrigerated), and the 2-quart dish includes a glass lid with an easy-to-grasp handle. Corningware's classic bakeware offers handles on the side of each dish, a feature lacking in some of their other designs. As with all ceramic or glass bakeware, you'll always need to use potholders when handling the dish or its lid. I am very happy with my Corningware Just White set. Amazon had it at a great price, so it was a tremendous value and I prefer it over my glass pyrex pans.

I have made all kinds of casseroles in them and I find that with a good soak they return to a "brand new" look in shine and luster time after time.

I really enjoyed this cook ware set, particularly the fact that it had six pieces. I was thrilled to find a six piece set for such a great price. I had found a similar one in black but it simply didn't go with the kitchen, you can imagine my glee when I found this white set. Thanks a bunch Corningware, this is just what I need!!!
