This turned out to be a very smooth, light wine. You can definitely taste the apples...the alcohol content was low (around 5%) but we don't mind at all. Will be great cold this summer...

This was my first try with this brand for green apple and it came out fine. We added about 3 pounds of corn sugar to bump the alcohol up a little. We have also tried other flavors of the cornucopia brand and they have all come out great, plus you cant beat the price.....winer from ohio
