Disappointed Wine Maker,

I was very excited to make another batch of Green Apple Riesling as it is hard to find a kit for it. This is my first time using this brand of a wine kit. Thinking all wine kits are fool proof. Well I guess this one was not. I made sure that I followed all of the steps and made sure everything was clean and sterilized during the process. Ended up the wine oxidized before I was able to bottle it. This is the first time I have ever had a kit oxidize in the clarifying stage. Now myself and my friend are out of wine for gifts to our friends this holiday.
