Both of my daughters love playing with this doll (ages 3 and 10 months). It's soft enough for even a very young baby, but it's large enough and with a realistic enough face to keep my older daughter interested. This dolly is white, but you can throw her in the machine with a little oxyclean and she comes out perfect every time. I LOVE having her outfit permanently attached as it solves the "naked baby problem" we seem to have with every other doll. After almost three years, this doll is going strong and has converted me to the Corolle brand for detail, quality workmanship, and fun.

I love this doll. I wanted a boy doll for my son for his first birthday and had trouble finding one. He got it as a gift and he loves it. It is soft and smells nice. I have washed it also and it washes up beautifully. A must buy!

me and my friend have 5 of these. we play with them all the time. they are very preicous. treat them like real babies.

This doll is as durable as any other Corolle, but it is less expensive becasue the clothes are sewn on. If your child ends up liking this doll & carrying it everywhere which is *very* likely. When they grow up a bit, I think it would become an issue. However, this would be better than the "pink" one wwhich has a skirt that flares out and would make putting other clothes on even more difficult.
You may be frustrated by the lack of clothing even if your child isn't. It is washable, but stains happen, at least in my house!

We received this doll as a baby shower gift, so my daughter has had it since she was born. She is now almost 3 and absolutely loves "Baby". She began sleeping with her as soon as she was old enough to have things in her crib and so "Baby" has become a real "luvey". This doll is very durable, easy to take care of and smells like vanilla which is normal for all Corolle dolls, I believe. One great feature of Babipouce is that if she gets dirty you can simply throw her in with the laundry and then hang her up to dry. The tricky part is getting her away from your child long enough to do that. I would highly recommend this doll to anyone looking for a doll for an infant, or very young toddler. In fact, we are getting another one for our second daughter due in December!

I bought this for my daughter's first birthday. It quickly became the thing she slept with every night. She is three now and it still sleeps with her every night. She takes it with her occasionally, especially if it's something she's afraid of. It was there when she got stiches, vaccines etc. It's a great doll.

Purchased this doll for my grandaughter. I liked it because it was totally machine washable and very safe looking.

The only thing I didn't like was that one of her hands were sewn to her body, but a simple snip did the trick.

I recommend this for any young baby that loves dolls, as she is just the right size.

I am a mama of four daughters. I have bought this baby doll 4 times for my youngest daughter because she loves it sooo much! She absolutely will not go anywhere without "her baby"! It is so soft, feels like velvet, has a very light vanilla scent, is machine washable...what else could a mama want?

She carries all 4 of these babies around our house all day! I have washed these dolls more times then I can count, and they continue to take the abuse and love she gives them daily. She rubs the soft dolls hat on her face every night as she falls asleep. Another bonus is that this baby doll's clothes are sewn on, so your daughter cannot take them off all of the time, and make you keep dressing them AGAIN and AGAIN! I highly suggest this doll to anyone wanting to buy a special little girl a first baby doll, they will have it for years to come!

I ordered this for my 16-month-old granddaughter. She picked it up and hugged it to her right away. Where cuddly and I like the fact it can be washed, as more grandchildren are coming.

Our first *soft baby* was a gift at my baby shower, my daughter became attached to this doll about 6 months later. It it very durable, lasting well past the toddler stage, with frequent washings. Because of the way its made, you can just toss it in the machine. The first doll finally had to be replaced when my daughter was just over four years old. My daughter is going on 11 years old and she still sleeps with this doll at night. We are on our 3rd doll, so for me, $25 a doll X 3 @ 11 years...Perfection! Highly recommend!
