Babipouce Asian arrived today and my daughter was here with her 3 month old baby girl, Jasmine. Her first comment was that the doll was beautiful and her eyes looked just like Jasmine's. We are thrilled to find an adorable doll that will be Jasmine's first baby doll.

I bought this doll as a first birthday present for a lovely little girl of my acquaintance who happens to be Chinese. The little girl was just beginning to play "Mommy" with her dolls, and I thought it would be a good idea to give her a doll that resembled her, instead of all the white baby clones available at the giant toy store.
Three years later, the doll is still a favorite and is still in good shape. She's had a ride or two through the washing machine, and is reasonably clean. Her head is still on (a problem with my daughter's baby doll), and the cloth body isn't showing significant wear, despite a lot of loving from her mistress. The doll goes everywhere and does everything with her, and is loved very much without falling to pieces. Because of her resemblance to her child, her "playability" and her durability, I give this doll the highest of recommendations.

Pretty doll. I bought it for my 9 month old granddaughter. Time will tell how she likes it and how durable it is.
