Get this: she doesn't eat, blink, giggle, wet, poop, grow hair, cry, or eat batteries. She doesn't have parts that can come off as a choking hazard. She is washable. She is small enough to be cuddled by a small person in need of a comfort object. Who knew how hard this would be to find in Doll Land?! My only sadness is that I could only find her with sky blue eyes, but we're still tickled pink-- Corolle Pink.

My nine month old baby has played with this old since she was 3 month old, we wash her, we keep one at day care and one at home. She gets more kisses than mom and dad. She is a safe doll and she is great for babies.

Highly recommended for safety, fun and quality

Update: my girl is now turning 4 year old and the toy is holding on after many wash and is still a favorite of her bedtime.

i bought this doll for my niece who is 8 months old. She loves to hold it and her mother is happy that it is washable! This would make a great baby gift or first doll for the holidays.

This was a Christmas present for my niece. She is a girly girl 2 yr old and after opening her doll on Christmas morning it was her constant companion. It has even replaced her beloved blankey.

I think this is a great first doll for a baby girl because there are no small parts or choking hazards. It's well made, machine washable, and cuddly. My daughter seems to like it and that makes me happy. I wanted to buy her something that I felt was safe, cute, and easy to clean....this doll seems to fit the bill. Also, I felt like I paid a reasonable price at the time relative to other merchants.

This is a really cute doll and is great for my two little girls. It's nice and soft, none of the clothes come off (thank goodness) and she's managed to stay nice and clean. Overall, she's a good plush doll. My girls are 2 1/2 and 1 years old and they both enjoy playing with this baby.

I ordered this doll for my granddaughter thinking it came in a beautiful box given it is a "Prestige Brand" from France, awards and all who would have thought a doll with this "prestige" comes in a ziploc bag... the melody which is of the same kind as this doll is shown in a beautiful box and that is how I thought my granddaughter was going to open her doll, from a beautiful box. I am still shocked it came in a ziploc bag...

Although our Granddaughter is only five months old we feel this is the perfect first doll! She loves looking at it in her crib.

A nice doll for a small child, soft, washable, good to cuddle and sleep with. But I paid too much for it.

I got this babydoll for my 7 month old granddaughter. It is soft and washable. She will be able to love this baby for years to come.
