Even though it seemed pricey, I checked out the price of the separate pieces and I think I saved money on buying the whole wardrobe. But I wanted to comment that as advertised, it is 12 pieces, not 12 outfits. I guess I was expecting 12 full outfits. In total, I got 3 mini dresses, 3 tops, 3 bottoms, 3 accessories (hat and purse combo, wrap and purse combo, and scarf). The doll itself has a fabric body, so if you just put on a top or a bottom, it doesn't look too bad because the body itself is fabric. Look at the pictures careful, the fabric body will show through so it looks like the doll is permanently wearing long sleeves and tights. Only the head and the hands are not made of cloth. The pieces are very well-made. There were no fraying or loose strings. It is pricey and I'm kicking myself for spending the money but they are all SO cute and I'm not planning on returning them.
Update: After looking over the workmanship/tailoring, I wanted to give it four stars but I was not able to change the rating. |
