5.0 out of 5 stars Just what I needed for grading my yard., April 11, 2007
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Corona Clipper CS6000 Concrete Spreader (Tools & Home Improvement)
I was looking at renting one of those huge rakes from Home Depot to grade my yard, and a $10 a day for a $40 rake seemed a bit over priced. So I looking into buying something else. I found this. It is for concrete but it works great for grading too. It pushes and pulls dirt very nice and even, and it is rigid enough to breakup hard clay dirt. It has a spike on the opposite side and that is good for digging into the dirt and breaking up hard clods. I also like that this is smaller than the standard landscape rake (36") and works very well in my small yard. The handle is quite long and tappered. I would have prefered an aluminum handle for durability but hardwood works too. I am sure this can be used for many different tasks like snow removal, and the like. I will gladly add it to my collection.
