My family has used this product for YEARS (50+ years) as a diaper rash for infants. There is NOTHING that works better than this stuff! I've slathered it on my daughter's bottom when the diaper rash had broken down the tissue of her bottom to the point it was practically bleeding and, within 48 hours, the rash was well-past the point of on the mend.

Obviously, because it's packaged for veterinary use, the company cannot comment on whether it can be used for humans; however, I've taken it in to my child's pediatrician and been given the go-ahead. I've even had my 70 pound boxer eat an entire tube of it with no side-effects! Yikes!

My Family has been using this product for 40+ years, and I have even used it on both of our kids for a diaper rash cream with nothing but great results. All of our friends give us a hard time about using Corona because it is intended for use with animals, but we have put it to the test and can say without a doubt it has come thru as the #1 cream in our house for about anything you can think of. I would recommend every household have a jar of this incredible ointment in their closet.

Do not buy if it is for your baby as diaper rash cream!!!!! The formula (and product packaging) has changed as of Feb 2011!!! I am posting this to forewarn all parents. I had been using the "original" formula since November 2009 and just went out and ordered 5 more 14oz tubs. Guess what? not only has the packaging changed, but the formula is totally different and WORSE!!!!

It is now 30% lanolin (as opposed to 50%) and now contains a chemical called Disodium EDTA which is likely NOT good for your baby. STAY AWAY and don't buy anymore!! I'm so mad, b/c the original formula worked and i was going to use it forever. Warn your friends the formula has changed!! So important!!!
