This is a marvelous recording and performance of these pieces by various composers. The sonics are brilliant with 5.0 channel ambience putting the listener squarely in the middle of the church. The instruments and voices are clear and forward.

Not being very familiar with the pieces themselves, I can only say that the performances are lively when seemingly appropriate... but always engaging.

First rate.
