This review is from: Corporate Charisma: How to Achieve World-Class Recognition by Maximising Your Company's Image, Brands and Culture (Paperback)
This reads like a reworked collection of consultant handouts, with nothing new to say. I imagine one of the authors came up with the catchy title and said, "sounds like a book to me, we can cobble together bits and pieces we've already got and give it a pretty cover".

If you have any interest in the corporate image and branding issues dealt with in this book, check out the more recent books by Al Ries, who actually knows what he's talking about. You will understand more after reading one of his chapters than after reading all of this book.
