Although I have only read the conclusion of this important new book on corporate governance, I was delighted to discover it supports my own thesis published in Chapter 4: Corporate Governance Best Practices of the book
Corporate Governance: A Synthesis of Theory, Research, and Practice (Robert W. Kolb Series). Readers seeking to apply complexity theory in transforming corporate governance structures and practices may also find the Aspirational Corporate Governance framework introduced in the chapter to provide useful diagnostic and design criteria.
