Nice compact book. Generally it is fairly concise, however the complexity of the code itself regarding corporate tax makes for some fairly heavy reading no matter what.You'll get used to reading the phrase "which we will discuss later" which can be frustrating, but I believe the book does as good of a job as it can. It may be wiser to purchase the Concise Hornbook instead of the actual text. |
