I was familiar with these types of "design" books. However, I thought the first in the series would be different from the subsequent volumes. Why did I think this? Because the book's description plainly states that included are "complete details, specs, costs... and floor plans." Untrue. If you are looking for more than pretty pictures, you won't get it here.
