Easy to read and apply what I learn from all of Bob Paladino's books. This one is no different. I like how this reinforces the 5 Key Principles from his previous book and builds upon them with a 10-step methodology that includes a team approach, rather than a top down approach.

This is a refreshing tale of corporate success resulting from strategic focus, employee analysis, voice of the customer and process improvement. A very hands-on approach for performance improvement with compelling results.
