This was a great book for me to read because it really laid out the advantages and disadvantages of a corporation and a limited liability company. Mark breaks down the meaning of each aspect of starting and running a business. He also gives you lists to use to ensure you are not missing anything as you plan your new company. All of the contact information and special requirements broken down by state in the back are brilliant! It really is a good resource to have near you as you are navigating the waters of starting your own business. It is highly recommended!

I found this to be a good resource for starting up my business. At first I was torn between starting an LLC or an S Corporation and book went into the details of both and even some history. It also goes further into how and what to look out for when filing the papers to your state.

First - I found it completely useless except for a one structure of LLC for some scenarios.

You will find some content detailed out for high schoolers - if you are a novice and if you need this level of detailing, then you can pick one up.

Lastly, On Kindle and Amazon,

1) There is no table of contents on Kindle version - you cannot even skip the chapters that you don't want to read.

2) Beware of the digital downloads as you can gift, return or resell them. It is question of $12 - hence I bought it
