what state is this book made for. I ordered this book with hopes that it would be similar to Tennessee ritual and such because the seller didn't specify who it was made to cater too. either way i plan on decodeing it if my lodge doesn't have a code for it

I recieve the book call " A Correct Key to the Entered Apprentice Fellow Craft and Master Mason Degrees " but it has a code key to help you read the book and i never recieve it. With out the code key the book is useless to read.If you can send me the code key i would appreciate it. Thank you
