Excellent educational tool
This book helped me tremendously with my course work in school. Some of the chapters in the book were on topics I did not even think about before reading the book and they were very informative and gave me good insight and knowledge of doing what needs to be done on the job. thanks henry j

Boring.
Always thought the subject of corrections would be an interesting one, but my oh my does this book make it boring. Definitely not an easy read, and for goodness sake put an index of some sort in the back of the book!

I wasn't able to register for the class until it was halfway through the quarter. When I did finally manage to get in the class, the book I initially ordered from another site was the wrong book completely. I ended up ordering through amazon and upgraded to the next day shipping. The book came inthe following day and was in pristine condition.
