This evaluative study was designed to investigate correctional education, programs, and services that demonstrate effectiveness in reducing inmate recidivism. Based on effectiveness, correctional education, programs, and services were evaluated. As a result, correctional education, programs and services were recommended to correctional administrators and superintendents, law officials and stakeholders for consideration and implementation in the correctional setting.
