yes it will and I believe that even with things maxed you should have enough spare remaining to power other devices as well

It has two standard four pin molex connectors. I have mine running splitters from each to power four Antec case fans.

the main board supply is 24 pin, while the 12v cpu connector is 8 pin.

Ditto,...what MetalStorm said. It's just that simple. The Rosewill cabinet is big, so, you should have plenty of space to work it into the cabinet.

I got the cx600, you will have enough if you have molex to three/four pin adapters, or you could get a nzxt fan hub (NZXT Grid). but you should have enough if you use the fan ports on your mobo plus the molex.
