Not sure why this one is so cheap - it's a steal compared to other models, or to other vendors for this same model. It's a corsair, how bad could it be? I have had it for 2 only weeks, but both Win7 and Ubuntu run great, couldn't be happier!

I purchased the memory to improve the speed of my compac laptop. The memory worked for a few days and then my laptop crashed. I re-installed the memory but got the same result. The processing speed did not improve but the main problem was my computer crashed about every 30 minutes to an hour. When I put the old memory back in my laptop the computer worked fine.

Bought this RAM to bump-up speed/processing capabilities on my daughter's Mac Pro notebook. Install time took less than 10 minutes (due mainly to Apple's weird "you gotta take the whole back apart to do anything" design). Powered up the notebook and everything worked great! No muss, no fuss, no conflicts. My daughter is very happy with the performance increase and I was more than pleased with the less than 2 weeks shipping time to our post office box in GERMANY!

Great Mac notebook compatible upgrade. I highly recommend it!!

Picked up 4 gig for my mini pc media center. Inexpensive RAM, and Opensource OS help me keep cost down significantly.

I bought this to replace a 2GB stick that went bad in my notebook. I've had it over a week now with no issues. When I first got the memory stick I tested it overnight with MemTest86 and there were no reported errors.

Granted I've only had it for a month or so on my Asus Eee netbook it was very easy to install and works great so far. Didn't even need instructions on installation.

Purchased this for the EeePC. Installs easily, works like a charm. Netbook picked up the memory so no further configuration necessary. Wonderful item!

I bought this RAM along with more intended to upgrade my two Macs. It performs as advertised and I have not had any issues.

I used it to upgrade my eMachine e527 laptop from 2GB to 4GB, Windows 7 accepted it well. The laptop has only two memory slots, so I needed to remove the 2 1GB SODIMMs already there before placing the new memory in.
