The overall build of the mouse feels great, very sturdy, not a cheap plastic feel.

The M65 is a good fit for small to medium size hands to palm grip or large hands to claw grip.

I never thought I'd justify buying an expensive gaming mouse, as I can do just fine with your crap-tier low-end mice, but now, I realize how much better it just /feels/ in the hand. It's not even super ergonomic but it's just comfortable to hold.

I have the black one, I can't tell you if this review applies to the white/green ones or not.

PROS:
-Top is some sort of high quality, soft, rubber-feeling material, but it is just plastic. Nice plastic.
-Sides are made of another, different type of high-quality plastic. Feels a bit like rubberized canvas wrapped very tightly around thick plastic. Handles sweat well, wish the whole mouse shell was made of this stuff.
-The little splits on the sides are not just aesthetic, they're sweat drainage ditches, especially on the tapered rear end. Helps a bit.
-The wheel is clicky. It's not slidey. You want clicky. Clicky is precise, slidey causes mistakes. It's also metal. Real metal, not just plastic that looks like metal.
-The body of the mouse is also metal. Dunno if it's polished stainless or aluminum, it's quite light, but is totally real. Damn is it nice.
-Adjust your DPI, by default, on the fly with the buttons mounted topside. Set three different DPI settings and switch between them at will.
-Sniper button can be set to a fourth, custom DPI setting that is enabled only when it is pressed. Of course...
-The software allows you to configure EVERY button ANY way you want. Keypresses? Macros? DPI settings? Whatever. It's there. Don't wanna use the DPI buttons as DPI buttons? Cool, set them as something else then. The software can also turn the light off.
-It's heavy. I like heavy.

Corsair M65 "RGB" is a a remake of the original M65. The difference is obviously the 3 points on the mouse that you can make any color. With the software, you can make the logo cycle through colors or do a "breathe" effect with any color you want.

Quality: Amazing!! Just like the old M65.... it has amazing build quality. It is a bit heavy because of the aluminum but there are weights you can take out to make it a little lighter. It also has lots of options for the dpi so you can make it until it feels right for you.

Grip: You can probably palm it if you have smaller sized hands. For bigger hands you probably would have to claw it.

Overall: It is a very comfortable mouse and the sniper button comes in handy because you can macro it to anything you want (not just a dpi tuner). If you are looking for a mouse that feels expensive and that it would last for a very long time this is a great choice. If you do not care for the lightning... go with the original m65. As of now it is 50 on amazon which is 20 dollars less than this mouse.

Total worth it, I would buy another every time I need one.

------Rating---------

Quality:10/10 OMG this mouse material quality is so good rear is sooo gripy and top is so soft.
Performace:10/10 With Firmware update
Design:10/10 Beautiful in a cloth pad with the blue light reflecting a straight line OMG orgasm using at night.
Confort: When you get use to it: 10/10 Using FingertipGrip / ClawGrip
Weight: 9/10 For me is right but for the majority is too heavy.
Cord: 10/10 Enough long and don't make the mouse slow.

Button placement and performance: Sniper and macro buttons are in right place and not too hard to press. Left/right click too hard to press at first use. One day later... HEADSHOT!
Wheel: the best in the world, made in aluminium sooo accurate scrolling pages. But my wheel have a con ;( is really hard to press in the beginning, you just can't click it fast becouse you have to do a lot of pressure. I am the first to complain it so is not an issue for you.
I use it in a 15" 1080p Laptop. With my cheap genious mouse you can't even click icons xD. With this mouse is so easy now.

--------------------------------------------------READ THIS AFTER YOU BUY IT------------------------------------------------------
IMPORTANT THINGS:
1) Use in USB 2.0 when you update the firmware.
2) During gaming disable angle snapping in software.
3) Disable Acceleration in windows, this mouse don't have a pixel of acceleration. Watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fRd-50Mbq8s
4) Use a cloth pad, it change your life for real and you don't scratch the aluminium and the robber.

Sorry for my English ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ

Just a bit of back-story, here are some of the gaming mice I have experience with, most of which most I still currently own: Logitech G602, Logitech G700s, Logitech G600, Logitech 502, Razer Deathadder, Razer Deathadder Chroma, Razer Naga (Epic, Hex and 2014), Razer Taipan, Steelseries Rival, Steelseries Sensei, Mionix Naos 8200, Mionix Avior 7000, Corsair M65 and several other less notable units. The point is I'm picky with mice. Really picky.

So here's the dirt on this mouse:

Build:
The build quality and solidity of this mouse is off the chart. Simply excellent, it exudes quality. But here's the most important part, the design is utter genius, it allows for a magnificent grip: YOUR GRIP. It doesn't force your fingers in to molded channels yet the grip is just right. The same goes for button placement. The programmable "sniper" button has been moved back slightly from where it was on the non-rgb M65 and now is probably the best placed thumb button of any mouse I've used. The two smaller thumb buttons are perfectly positioned for triggering with a slight thumb slide, making for 3 impeccably placed side buttons that are very difficult to accidentally push, but so accessible that all 3 are a joy, not a hassle, to press (Especially that sniper button)

Weights:
Mouse weight is a highly personal thing, on this mouse I personally prefer no weights, the aluminum body provides just the right amount of heft for me, but it's nice the option is there and on this mouse is executed superbly. 3 metal machine screws on the button conceal the weights and each can be removed individually.

Finish:
The sides are coated in a grippy (but not rubbery) surface.
