Product Description

Capacity: 32 GB

This ingenious design has both a USB and a Micro-USB connector
The Easy Way to Move Photos, Music, and Videos Between Your Android Phone or Tablet and Your PC

Imagine no more emailing photos to yourself, hunting for a USB cable, or running out of room on your USB OTG compatible Android phone or tablet. Flash Voyager GO is the quick and easy way to move photos, music, and videos between your mobile devices and your PCs and dramatically increase your devices’ storage.

The ingenious design has both a USB and a Micro-USB connector, so you can copy photos and videos to your desktop or notebook PC for safekeeping, share music and media between your PCs and your Android device, or just leave it connected to the Micro-USB port for a huge boost to your device’s storage capacity.

Note: Some of the listed capacity on a Flash storage device is used for formatting and other functions and thus is not available for data storage. The actual available capacity for data storage is less than what is listed on the products.

Designed for Android Devices with USB On-The-Go Support

Flash Voyager GO has both a USB 3.0 connector for your PC or Mac, and a Micro-USB connector for your Android phone or tablet. It requires a newer Android device with USB On-The-Go (also known as USB OTG) support.

The Accessorizable Accessory

Flash Voyager GO includes two color-coordinated keycaps for customizing the look.

The Solution to Your Photo and Video Problem

Have you ever snapped a photo, and then emailed it to yourself so you’d have a copy on your PC? Have you ever backed up your photos and videos to a low-resolution site like Facebook or Instagram, and then deleted them to save room? Or, do you simply like taking photos and videos more than you like to manage your photo collection? Flash Voyager GO is here to help. Any time you want to share some media or clear room on your Android phone or tablet, just attach the Flash Voyager GO, select and copy the images and videos you’d like to save, and then copy them to your desktop or notebook PC at your leisure. You don’t need to be at your PC or hunt for a USB cable. And unlike cloud storage, Flash Voyager GO lets you keep control of your media and there’s never a monthly fee.

Good to Go

The lanyard makes it easy to attach to your keychain.

Dramatically Increase Your Device’s Storage

The typical smartphone or tablet has 8GB or 16GB of memory. That might seem like a lot at first, but once you add apps, odds are that it just doesn’t have enough room for all the music, photos, and videos in your collection. And, upgrading your device’s memory card – or worse yet, replacing it with a higher-capacity model – can be an expensive proposition. With Flash Voyager GO, just attach it to your PC, copy your collection, and then snap it in to the Micro-USB port on your mobile device any time you want.

Portable Size

At only 37 mm total length, you’ll want to take it everywhere.

Works great, seems very durable.

This is a memory stick that fits into a regular USB port on a PC, as well as into an Android device via a micro USB port.

I have since passed it around to my PC, Samsung Galaxy S4, and several laptops and tablets with no problems whatsoever.

I use "The Corsair Flash Voyager GO 32GB USB3.0 micro USB OTG Flash Drive for Android devices" with my Nexus 7, and it works perfectly. I use a free Android application called "Stick Mount" which automatically detects and mounts the drive as soon as it's inserted into the tablet.

The drive itself is tiny. It comes with 2 different colored caps for the male Micro-USB plug. No cap or cover is included for the female USB plug on the other end. This is a minor disappointment. A very tiny lanyard is also included.

Once plugged in, it performs well. I transferred several very large video files from my tablet's internal storage to the Voyager Go in a matter of seconds. I now have several more gigabytes freed up for other things, and can easily transfer files between my other Android devices.

I'm very happy with the Corsair Flash Voyager GO 32GB USB3.0 micro USB OTG Flash Drive. It's fast, inexpensive, and works perfectly. Highly recommended.

This is a memory stick that fits into a regular USB port on a PC, as well as into an Android device via a micro USB port. Despite having two connector, it's tiny: at under 1 1/2" x 1/2" x 5/32", it's over five times smaller (by volume) than my Kingston DataTraveler stick! This can definitely go on a key chain. The housing is metal, too, and seems pretty sturdy. Unfortunately, the larger USB port has zero protection, while the micro port comes with two plastic caps (one black and one yellow).

Read speed averages at 143 MB/sec, and write speed at 9.1 MB/sec. These values don't compare with a SSD obviously, but in the USB stick world, they are pretty good, basically twice as fast as my large Kingston USB3 stick.

If you're looking for a small and relatively fast USB stick, this is a great candidate, even as a regular USB stick (without Android in the picture).

I didn't even know something like this existed. I love this thing!

Not only does it have a micro-USB connector to directly connect to your phone/tablet device, but on the other end (you wouldn't be able to tell at first glance on the product photo) is actually a USB 3.0 also to connect directly to the PC.

With many of us using phones and tablets every day now, having something like this available/on your keychain is a major benefit.

This device eliminates the need to have a USB OTG cable because you can directly connect to the phone/tablet (since they have micro-USB connectors and not standard USB)

Something to keep in mind, not all phones provide direct OTG capability; my old HTC phone (HTC Rezound) does not allow it. When I connect this to my new phone, Samsung Galaxy Note 3, I'm able to view the files immediately. If you're using a Nexus 7 or 10, I highly recommend purchasing an app called Nexus Media Importer.

Pros:
- Very useful
- micro-USB on one end/USB 3.0 on the other end
- Small size - Great to have on a keychain

I don't see the point of buying regular USB flash drives now.

I would love to see a device like this with being able to have a swappable microSD card

Being that I travel a lot and I have Nexus 7 (2013) table, I didn’t want to fill it up my table with movies that would reduce my storage space. I began to do research on other methods of increasing the storage for my Nexus 7 (2013) table and low behold, i saw the words “On The Go” Flash drive aka OTG Flash drive. I was researching which OTG Micro USB drive to get I did'nt like what was on the market. Until the CES 2014 and saw that Corsair was going to produce OTG Micro USB 3.0 drive and release it in Febuary. I purchased this item with no hesitation. I received the item in a small secure package. This device is great and my Nexus 7 (2013) recognized the external storage with no issues. I am able to see videos on my table with no issues and transfer files between each device. I will say Micro drive is small and can be lost easly but that was fixed easyly by attaching it to a key ring. I would recommend a App called Nexus Media Importer, it’s a great app that assists in transferring data from the phone/tablet to external storage or external storage to phone/tablet. I great thing about this device is you can plug it up to you computer as well and use as only USB drive if you want. I would recommmond this product, plus you can't beat Corsair.

This is a very cool device that provides extra capacity and uses in a convenient package. The Corsair Flash Voyager GO OTG Flash Drive for Android allow you to easily transfer information off your Android phone/device and onto a regular computer without cables or access to your desktop.

Connecting the flash drive to the Android-type phone was a piece of cake. At 32GB, I could back up or move all my pictures, documents, and other various application files. It doesn't necessarily run at USB 3 speeds, because you're going between different devices and different directions (saving from/to the phone). Since I really want access to it when I'm moving around away from my computer, the ability to attach it to my keychain is a small but nice touch.)

There are definitely a few intriguing use cases here... backing up the phone, backing up important documents, transferring data, and keeping important documents close at hand without storing them on the actual phone (like a cloud you can touch and feel). It's like having a 32GB flash drive that has an extra feature (ability to connect to an Android device) built in. Definitely worth it...
