If you're looking for a reasonably priced cincher to wear for an evening or on an occasional basis as an accent piece, then I'd recommend this cincher. I was pleasantly surprised to see the boning was reinforced all the way around, and there was a modesty panel behind the stays which is a really nice touch. The size seems to run true to size, depending on the look you're going for. I wear a size 2 or 4 in street clothing, so a size small fit, although I wish I'd ordered the size medium so I could have the back completely laced up & closed without adding stress on the vinyl from tight lacing it. (my natural waist is 25")

Keep in mind, if you're looking for a waist cincher that will actually bring your waist in several inches, you'd be well advised to go for a true underbust style corset with steel boning that's made for tight lacing and figure modification. This particular cincher is NOT made for tight lacing or figure modification, and it will start to show wear & tear fairly quickly if you're using it for those purposes. But for a mass produced cincher worn more for the style than the function, it's decent. Looks good on, the vinyl is thicker than I'd expected it to be, and it's not uncomfortable.

I've never really thought much of Leg Avenue merchandise - their stuff always seems so shoddy. This cincher is a shining exception. It is solidly made with sturdy boning and reinforced seams. The zipper on the front is strong enough to be zipped while the back is tied. Even the lacing (often the weak point in shapers) is tough and reliable. Although I purchased mine for $65, which was a steal, the original MSRP of $85 is not a bad deal. I've seen cinchers of inferior quality selling for $120 or more.

This item is great, true size. I thought it might be a problem as I am short and petite, but it barely touches my hips and cinches me in all the right places. The shipping was super fast, as well. I am definitely buying from Fenvy again.

I love the cincher it is very sexy, it is true to size I am a size 6 and if you are bigger than a size 6 you better get the medium so the laces stay close.

I'm 5'7", 128lb and I bought the medium size cincher to complete my catwoman costume for halloween. it was easy to get on and comfortable to wear practically all night. the boning started to bend after a couple hours of my slouching so I had to unzip it and straighten the boning out. seeing as it's a waist cincher and not a full corset, if you have any backfat whatsoever, it will roll over if you have it on tight at all. I consider myself pretty in shape and it still popped out a bit. so you have been warned. if you wear this, wear it over a catsuit or some other top that holds in your rolls.
