Several years ago I was diagnosed with psoriasis, mostly affecting my hands making them dry, cracked and prone to bleeding mostly from my constant itching. I went through a few Rx topical ointments which sometimes worked at helping to clear up the problem but really did little to relieve the itching.

I found this product (unfortunately on clearance and they no longer carry it) at a local drug store and gave it a shot. I used it 2 or 3 times a day. I only use an amount about the size of a large pee, more if my hands are really dry. It is a bit greasy for a few minutes, but that quickly disappears.

Within 10 minutes of use the itching on my hands is completely gone and lasts for a long time. I do use a hand lotion randomly through the day as well, as I always have. Within 6 or 7 days of using this product the problem with my hands had so improved that unless you closely inspected them you would never know I had the condition. I've continued to use the cream each day, always right before I leave for work and right before bed. I used other hydrocortisone creams in the past but none of them gave me the relief and healing I have experienced with the Cortaid Advanced.

I truly hope that they continue to provide this product as it's been a God-send for me and my itchy hands!

This is a great product, it really helps itchy dry skin heal!
Why did Amazon double their price on this product? You can find it for half of the $36.46 any where else online. I love Amazon but do not buy this product from them until they adjust their price to compete with other online retailers.
