Good smokey flavor but one can has 1400mg of sodium. Overpowers the eggplant to much for me. For canned baba ghanoush, I prefer Tazah (75mg of sodium) + lemon juice (1 lemon), garlic (2-3 cloves), tahini (1-2 tablespoons), paprika (1 teaspoon) and olive oil on top.
