I ordered the Cortelco phone from ANTOnline because I could not find it in a regular store. I had no way of knowing the quality of it and
I could only base my purchase on one review. It was the worst volume control and speakerphone of all the phones I bought and tested. A good speakerphone was my top priority. The volume control raised the volume of
my voice as well as the receiver which made it even more difficult to hear.
How was I to judge if it was suitable without seeing and testing it? I returned it to ANTOnline in the exact condition it was sent to me. Now I find they have charged me a 15% restocking fee amounting to $10.46. This plus shipping - $8.96, plus return shipping - $10.01 equals to a cost of
$29.43 for me for a phone that was unusable! They were the only ones that charged me a restocking fee for a phone!!

I will never buy anything from them again.
This is customer rip-off not customer service!!

I'm very satisfied with this phone. It replaced two other phones in my office that were having horrible interference from my cell phone. The design is pleasing and the buttons have a solid feel. My purchase criteria was 2-line, corded, and compatible with my headset. This phone met those and more, plus the cellular interference is gone. I especially like the headset connection, you get both the 2.5mm and RJ type jacks. Great phone, highly recommended.
