This product is wonderful for reducing stress. I do not feel stressed at all when I take this product, but for reducing your weight, it helps very little. I think I read that it is supposed to help you lose about three pounds, in about three weeks, but it only helped me lose one pound in about three weeks. This product is wonderful for helping with stress. You should buy it if you're stressed but not for weight loss. However, just because it did not help me much with weight loss it might help you. I read this doctor's book and he really does know his medicine. The "Cortisol Connection" is a great read.
