I have fought with fatigue problems for years. Jacob Teitelbaum, a leading specialist in chronic fatigue treatment, did a controlled study that showed a significant improvement in patients energy level when taking this. (described in his book Fatigued to Fantastic)

I definitely feel an improvement. I tried some cheap versions of ribose and didn't feel it helped. You might want to try this one and then if you have good reasults try switching to something cheaper.

You only need a teaspoon or two a day, so although you don't get a large quantity for what your paying, you will not necessarily have to refill more often than every 1 1/2 to 2 months.

I also take Fatigued to Fantastic daily B complex and the daily energy enfusion. These are both products designed by Dr. Teitelbaum.

I have Fibromyalgia. I've had it for 13 years. I've tried everything, and nothing ever seems to help much. Everytime I think I have it somewhat under control, I start my exercise workout program back up, and then I'm knocked off my feet for months with muscle pain head-to-toe. I start slow, but it doesn't matter. My muscles react. Covalen is the first product that has truly helped me. I can work out with weights now, albeit nowhere close to where I was 13 years ago, but I can work out! One thing I noticed while taking Corvalen is that it helps me sleep better at night. I feel like I'm sleeping soundly. A big part of Fibromyalgia is the sleep disturbances. It's a snowball effect...you're in pain, you don't sleep well, and without proper sleep, you're in more pain and have more neurological spasms. I think I read somewhere that D-Ribose is a precusor to melatonin. Well, whatever, it's worth the money to get a good night's sleep, and with such a natural product! (No raising of blood sugar either!) I use Corvalen, not Corvalen M w/magnesium. I take Magnesium with a different vitamin supplement. Also, I started using Corvalen (5 mg) 3 days a week for the first week, then 2 times a day for a month, and then I went down to once a day. When I don't take it for a few days, I start waking up at night or never really fall into a deep, sound sleep. I prove over and over to myself that Corvalen really works for my fatigue and pain.

I have had chronic fatigue for 5 years and have used this product every day for the last three or so years. It makes a slow, steady, helpful difference in the energy I experience - if I don't take it I notice a difference, though a slight one, and my energy starts to decrease over a period of days. If I'm faithful at taking this in the mornings, as well as vitamins etc during the day, I can keep a relatively balanced energy level and be able to live a more 'normal life'! Definitely recommended. And don't go for the cheap options - stick with the good stuff. It's more expensive, but that's because it works.
