5.0 out of 5 stars Fabulous Fiberglass Corvette's, September 5, 2000

This review is from: Corvette Passion & Performance [VHS] (VHS Tape)
If you like Corvette's.. well this is for you. Fuelies, split windows, big blocks, coupes, roadsters, showing or racing. This tape takes you across the U.S. in celebration of America's sport car: Corvettes at Carlisle, the "Woodstock" of Corvette shows; Bloomington Gold; Philadelphia's Franklin Mint Automotive Festival; and Boston's Museum of Transportation.

Get a close-up look at the rarest of rare; Gene Schiavone's priceless 427 powered Grand Sport Roadster; John Maher's all original 2,700 mile '69 ZL-1, and a '67 race prepared L88, the only mid-year car to race at Le Mans. Witness the 254mph/900hp Callaway Sledgehammer at speed 0-100mph in 2 ½ seconds and see two lightning fast street cars built 20 years apart; the rare '70 Motion Phase III GT and Rod Saboury's 7 second '57 Street Car.

Also a glimpse into the future with the Corvette Indy.

This is one tape for Corvette Lovers ...... should have in there collection...... a must !!

5.0 out of 5 stars I have the Vhs Version, One of my Favorite Corvette Videos., March 11, 2009
This review is from: Corvette Passion & Performance [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This is one of my Favorite Corvette Videos, I have the Vhs Version, it has a beautiful cover as shown, there is interviews with both daves(Corvette Engineers) No Zora talking, only seen with the other engineers. GrandSport Roadster (Raced as #10) is Started up and seen at a Car show back in 1993, in Boston and you see a Car show at The Franklin Mint. Very Good Coverage.
