I'm a little lost why everyone is bashing the heck out of this title. It only costs $10 folks, and its worth it. The game is fun and simple. There are plenty of different modes to play and lots of things to unlock. Basic play is rather easy. Despite what people say, there are differences in the cars from year to year. for example, a 67 will out run a 63 in a straight line. If the cars were all the same, that would be impossible. The older cars have awful brakes just like they did in real life. The c5 a re fluid and graceful and the c4's are chunky and tempermental, just like in real life. (i've owned a c3, c4 and c5) The graphics are pretty nice, and the tunnel vision at 100mph is a nice effect. The courses are pretty good (although there are some that i dont care for).
Dislikes: 2 player mode makes you race the same era of cars. dirt and pavement traction is fairly similar. physics aren't too real, but close enough for fun.
The game could be imporved upon without a doubt, and if it was I'd pay the normal $50, but in this case i only paid $10, and I feel that the game is a great value for the money. I dont need a clone of GT3 or NFS or anything else. i have those and if i want to play them i will.
lastly, the most humorous defect i've found so far: When in 2 player mode, if player 1 wins, then player 2's car will not have any engine noise. You still hear tires screaching and wind noise though. rather funny.

This game is so great. I have loved corvettes since before I was born. This game finally gives the car the respect it deserves. I mean Need For Speed put the Corvette into its games but not like this. This game lets you drive models all the way as old as 1953. The only thing is too bad this game doesnt include the upcoming 2005 Corvette C6 but it does include everything else. Graphics are a little more cartoony then real but they look great anyway. Too bad this game doesn't show damage to the cars, why not? There is no way to make this car look bad. For $10 it is the best value game out there. I recommend this to everyone. If you don't like this game, and you call yourself an automotive enthusiast you are wrong about one of those two things. If you're thinking of trying out this game by renting it at Blockbuster for $4, you might as well buy it. It is definitely worth it

Corvette For PS2:

I like the Cars but the Game itself is not very good, neither are the graphics. If your A Corvette Enthusiast like me it's a must,but be forewarned it is not the best game sadly.

Well i got this game first on my pc that's rigth pc. You migth think were i got the game or anything but then when i saw the only for 10$ and for ps2 i thougth that 2 corvette game's will be ok.
Every things are great in this game but the graphics are a little cartoony but it's still fun.
If you are searching for need for speed underground well this game i just about good as NFS underground and it's a great deel 2 10$ only.

In all the game is great though but it is a little loose on the cons side.If you like corvette you'le like the game.If you're new in corvette or you never heard of it then you should rent it first.

This game is a lot of fun. If you are a true corvette fan this game is even better. I think the cars look great and the tracks are neat. Tons of races and all the vettes, except for the c6 make this a super deal for 10 bucks! The handling in the game is not the best and not to realistic but not that off either. If you are looking for a game like Gran Turismo 3 then dont waste your time. If you love corvettes, then this game is for you!

This is a pretty good game. It has any kind of corvette you can think of except the C6 for next year, but oh well. It has som every interesting info on all the cars. And is very interesting to read through. The graphics aren't that great, but for the $15 that this game costs it is worth it. The handling is very unrealistic, but you'll get used to it. And once you do this game will be very easy. Almost too easy, but still somewhat challenging on the lardest difficulty.

This game is truly awful. It is, without a doubt, the WORST racing game I have ever played. Racing games I played on my old Sega Genesis were better than this boring, stupid game. The cars look ok, but they're not half as good as the ones in "GRAN TURISMO 3". They're just not fun to race. You can only race certain cars on certain tracks and that just plain STINKS! Even the opening movie is BORING. Two vettes endlessly racing down the highway for what seems an eternity.

Take my advice and stay clear of this game. There are better racing titles out there like "BURNOUT", "NEED FOR SPEED UNDERGROUND", "MIDNIGHT CLUB 2", "GRAN TURISMO 3" and even "FORD RACING 2". Try one of them but forget this game. It is TERRIBLE! -George Bauch.

If you dont have this game, youre not a true corvette fan. Some people say this game isn't that great, but THEY ARE WRONG. This game is one of the best racing games in the world. And for $10, seriously thats a deal. It has sooooo many options like career mode, arcade mode, and some other special modes, that you have to unlock. Whats really cool about it, is that you dont get all of the cars in the beginning, you have to unlock them, that makes the game even more challenging. All in all this game is a "you must get".

Corvette is one of the greatest racing games on the market. This game is really great for Corvette lovers. The graphics are so great I thought that I was really driving a Corvette. There are five diffrent career race tournaments. Each tournament has different modles of Corvettes. After each tournament race if you place in first, second or third you unlock engine and paint mods.

This title is one of the best games I've played car as it has various types of cars like classic to modern very good game
