Just got this today and straight out of the box, the rubber treads on the bottom that keeps the product from slipping out are sliding off! It caused them to bunch up and cut off. So what is up with the glue on the product, it isn't even dry?! I haven't been able to use it and sadly the company is not open 24 hours to take my call. Like the other review, it REALLY stinks with very heavy fumes...not sure I want to breathe it in when I work out (or even have it in my house), even if I cover the smell with a spray as suggested . Btw, the max. weight capacity for the product is 220 lbs. It would be helpful if Amazon would provide this information on all products. I'll let you know how dealing with the customer service aspect goes and if I ever get to use the product. It would be wonderful if companies would save us this aggrivation by simply providing some Quality Assurance, when we support them with our hard earned in good faith.

The concept of the product is good, but it is poorly manufactured and came rusty in more than one spot. And of course, to return it is a hassle. I do not recommend.
