This is not a fancy step, but functions very well,and stable when you step up. I feel safe standing on it. The most exciting part of this step is that it not only replaced a step-up chair, it also save my storage space, because I just need to fold it and hang it on some door knob. Price for such well designed product is low and deserve all the penny you spent on it. Highly recommend you buy it for household use or maybe even for a small office library use.

Fits in small space very well, light weight, sturdy. Not very easily folded up and down though, I just leave it folded down, it fits great in a corner of my kitchen slightly under the sink, not in the way like I was worried it might be since I'm very limited in space at my apartment, but it works great!

Works as promised. Strong enough for me, 200# adult to stand on with confidence. It doesn't look heavy duty, though, and I have doubts as to how many years it will last. So far, though, I've used it many times and it has worked nicely. It folds up when not in use.

I absolutely love this step stool! I am 5'1" tall and so there are a lot of places in my house that are difficult to reach. With this stool I am no longer climbing on top of the counters to cook dinner. The stool is extremely easy to fold and unfold and when it is folded it is only about 2" wide. I slide it right beside the space between my washer and the wall so it is always out of the way. I can change the light bulbs in our 8' ceilings using only the stool. It is also extremely sturdy metal construction with rubber bottoms to keep floors from getting scratched. Another bonus that I was not expecting is that the stool is the perfect size to slide up to my kitchen table for my toddler to work on art projects. The stool is sturdy enough with wide enough steps that I feel completely comfortable letting him get on and off of it by himself. I wish I had bought this years ago and saved myself a lot of pulled muscles from counter climbing!
